I’ve been designing digital products for a long time, and AI has changed my workflow more than just about anything else.
I was an early adopter, and today I use AI every day — for research, strategy, content, prototyping, development, and working through ideas.
I’ve built a development framework that takes work from user research and Voice of the Customer through UX, design, prototyping, and into working code. The framework gives AI the structure, standards, and guardrails to produce work that’s grounded in what we’re actually trying to build.
I’m a Design Thinking and UX practitioner first. I start by understanding what people are trying to accomplish, where the friction is, and what they actually need. Then I prototype, test, iterate, and build.
For me, AI is another tool in that process — a powerful one — but years of UX experience and human-centered design are what guide it. The goal is still the same: build better products for the people who use them.
